                  Set number of samples to accept as ring

Param DX	The number of incoming ring samples above threshold (4 default)

        Set the number of samples above RING_LEVEL that must be
        detected within 100ms to accept the samples as incoming ring
        energy.  It is not necessary to set this function unless RING_WAIT
        does not detect rings on your phone system.  Setting this value
        lower make ring detection more sensitive.  The default value for
        RING_LENGTH is 4.
